What you'll do

• Manage recruitment in partnership with the DAF and draft job descriptions and organisation charts
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain each employee’s administrative file
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes and track integration and departure milestones
• Conduct workforce planning and manage social declarations
• Run payroll and produce monthly administrative reports and dashboards as requested
• Monitor sickness and work-accident absences with the QHSE Manager
• Track, control and record all absences, time sheets and leave of any kind
• Draft correspondence to employees, social partners and labour administration
• Perform ad hoc requests from management
• Control, analyse, reconcile and justify employee-related third-party accounts
• Review and justify accounting accounts under the supervision of the chief accountants and/or the DAF
