Logistics Coordinator RDC

Logistics Coordinator role based in Kinshasa, DRC, with a fixed-term contract and a clear focus on supply, technical logistics, and compliance with MAGNA standards.

What it offers

Who can apply

• At least 24 months of experience in humanitarian aid, project conception, monitoring and assessment, and team management with an NGO.
• Availability: 6 months minimum.
• Languages: Proficiency in English; mission language (French) required.

What you'll do

• Define and implement supply and technical logistics strategies to support mission and projects.
• Ensure compliance with MAGNA operational principles and standards across all activities.
• Participate in annual project planning, budgeting, and emergency preparation.
• Monitor logistics/technical activities, including construction, medical and non-medical supply, transport, communications, water and sanitation, vehicles, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Apply and oversee HR policies (recruitment, training, evaluation, staff development, and internal communication).
• Provide technical support and coaching to logistics staff.
• Ensure functional office and lodging facilities, IT equipment maintenance, and communication tools.
• Define and monitor technical aspects of risk reduction, security policies, evacuation plans, and contingency plans.
