The Ministère de l'Agriculture, de la Pêche Maritime, du Développement Rural et des Eaux et Forêts opens admissions for two-year, tuition-free technician programs at coastal Institutes of Maritime Fisheries Technology (ITPM) for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Who can apply

• Candidates who have completed the second year of secondary school in scientific or technical streams.
• Age limit: must not exceed 30 years on 31 December 2026.

What you'll do

• Sit a two-hour written exam covering:
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • General knowledge of maritime fisheries
  • French language

1. Complete online pre-registration via the official link for your chosen institute:

2. Prepare a paper application file including:
   • Handwritten request to participate
   • Copy of National ID card
   • First-year baccalaureate transcript
   • First-semester second-year transcript
   • Recent school attendance certificate
   • Two stamped envelopes with your full address
   • Two recent passport photos
3. Submit the file in person or by mail to the chosen institute.
   • Deadline: Wednesday 15 July 2026 at 16:00.
