Concours INBA Tétouan 2026/2027

The Ministère de la Jeunesse, de la Culture et de la Communication has opened admissions for the 2026–2027 academic year at the Institut National des Beaux-Arts (INBA) in Tétouan, offering a four-year degree in arts with a government higher-education bursary.

What it offers

• A four-year Licence cycle in arts.
• Students receive the bursary of higher education; the institute does not provide on-campus accommodation.

Who can apply

• Holders of a Moroccan baccalaureate (or equivalent) in any series.
• Candidates must have achieved a minimum overall baccalaureate average of 12/20 (mention Assez Bien).
• Applicants must be at least 17 years old and no older than 24 on the day of the competition (born before 16 July 2002).

What you'll do

• Sit written, practical and oral exams in Tétouan, Agadir, Rabat/Salé or Oujda.
• Written and practical tests on Wednesday 16 July 2026:
  • 08:30–09:30 Arabic written exam (out of 10)
  • 10:00–11:00 French written exam (out of 10)
  • 13:00–15:00 Practical drawing exam (out of 20)
  • 15:30–17:30 Practical painting exam (out of 20)
• Candidates must score at least 60/100 across written and practical tests to qualify for the oral exam.
• Oral interviews on Thursday 17 and Friday 18 July 2026 (out of 20), including portfolio presentation and language assessment.

How to apply

• Prepare a dossier including:
  • Completed, signed and legalised application form
  • Legalised copy of the baccalaureate (or equivalent)
  • 1st and 2nd year baccalaureate transcripts
  • Legalised copy of national ID card and birth certificate
  • Detailed CV
  • Two passport photos
  • Digital copy of artistic portfolio on USB stick
• Submit the dossier before Tuesday 14 July 2026 at 16:30 by:
  • Sending or depositing the paper dossier to: Institut National des Beaux-Arts, Avenue Mohamed V, Quartier Scolaire, 93000 Tétouan
