Bourses Maroc AMCI 2026-2027 - Programme Royaume du Maroc

The Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, through the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI), is offering 20 fully funded scholarships for international students to pursue undergraduate, master’s, and PhD studies in Morocco for the 2026–27 academic year.

What it offers

• 20 full scholarships covering all tuition fees
• Monthly stipend of 1 750 Moroccan Dirhams (≈ 175 USD)
• Round-trip airfare to Morocco
• Comprehensive health insurance for the duration of the scholarship
• Mandatory preparatory French-language course at the International Language Centre in Rabat
• A one-time grant for thesis/dissertation printing for master’s and PhD students

Who can apply

• International students from Africa and other eligible countries
• Applicants must meet specific age, diploma, and academic requirements depending on the level:
  • Licence (Bachelor): aged 19–23, holding a CAPE/Associate diploma obtained in 2025 or 2026, with a strong academic record
  • Master: holding a relevant bachelor’s degree with honours (“Bien” or “Très Bien”), and selecting a programme from the official list on enssup.gov.ma
  • Doctorat (PhD): holding a master’s degree or equivalent, with a well-defined research project and chosen host university

• Submit an application through the official AMCI portal before the deadline
• Selected candidates must complete a mandatory French-language course in Rabat and pass a language exam before starting academic studies

• The scholarship is open to students from African countries where French is widely spoken, facilitating access to higher education in Morocco.
