What you'll do

• Analyse the 2009 PDDE.
• Conduct a national inventory of the ecotourism sector.
• Document the institutional, regulatory, fiscal and operational framework.
• Map actors, initiatives, value chains and territorial dynamics related to ecotourism.
• Identify constraints and opportunities specific to protected areas and riverside communities.
• Assess the capacities of human resources working in ecotourism within national parks.
• Support stakeholder consultations.
• Provide contextual data and field elements to the international consultant.
• Contribute to adapting strategic proposals to Gabonese realities.
• Support the finalisation, validation and national ownership of deliverables.
